Advertising Web has notified police Betsson for fraud when done work for more than 15 million and not been paid.
Police have closed the complaint with reference to Betsson's agreement that it is a civil case.
Advertising Web has turned to MGA, Malta Gaming Board Authorities who bear all the Betsson Group gaming licenses.
MGA refuses outright to help.
